RETURN POLICY

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. However, Dreamvet will accept returns and issue refunds subject to the following conditions and only if a product you received is defective, damaged or mis-printed. Certain types of goods may not be returned for any reason, including any of the following: 

  1. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines,
  2. Personal care/intimate or sanitary goods,
  3. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases,
  4. Gift cards,
  5. Downloadable software products,
  6. Discounted items and items priced, marked or otherwise designated as “sale” or “final.”

To be eligible to obtain a refund:

  1. unused and in the same condition in which it was received,
  2. in the original packaging, and
  3. you comply with all our instructions regarding the return and shipping.

To submit a claim for a refund:

  1. You must comply with all specific return and shipping instructions included with your item.
  2. If no specific return and shipping instructions are included with your item, you must submit your claim to returns@dreamvet.be, within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, and you must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Dreamvet shall investigate properly-received claims and reserve the right to deny claims for abusive and dishonest practices. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed to do so.

If we determine that a claim is valid, we shall notify you and provide, in our sole and absolute discretion, either: a full refund or a partial refund.

Full Refunds

If your claim is approved, Dreamvet shall credit your credit card, or original method of payment, within three (3) business days. At our request and per our instructions you shall complete and submit an affidavit in support of your claim.

Partial Refunds (if applicable) 

Dreamvet reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to issue partial refunds for any of the following: 

  1. Books with obvious signs of use,
  2. Any opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record,
  3. Any item not in original condition, or damaged or missing parts not due to Dreamvet’s error,
  4. Any item returned more than (30) days after the date of purchase. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund and you have double-checked your bank account, contacted your credit card company, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dreamvet.be. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dreamvet.be.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping to Dreamvet

To return your product, you must send us an email at returns@dreamvet.be.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live delivery times may vary. For items greater than $75.00 in value, Dreamvet recommends tracking and insuring all shipments. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
